Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5-6 large lemons)
  • 1 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup turbinado sugar (raw sugar)
  • 6 cups water
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil
  2. Add agave nectar and turbinado sugar, reduce to simmer
  3. Stir constantly until completely dissolved
  4. Allow the agave mixture to cool completely
  5. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled mixture with remaining 4 cups of water and fresh lemon juice
  6. Stir well and serve over ice
