Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.
  4. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
