Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (can use light)
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add marshmallow cream and continue to beat until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture into a 9- or 10-inch pie plate or serving dish.
  6. Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours. Let sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving.
