8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
16 oz whipped topping (divided)
2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk

Instructions
Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in half of the whipped topping.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
Whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Add the remaining whipped topping as the final layer.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed cookies if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight before serving.
