Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded (~1012 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (1 package), softened
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles (plus more for garnish)
  • ½ cup Frank’s Buffalo Hot Sauce (or Frank’s Original)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • Crackers, chips, or veggies for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  2. Soften cream cheese by bringing it to room temperature or microwaving unwrapped on 50% power for 30 seconds.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank’s buffalo sauce until smooth.
  4. Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and green onions. Stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
  7. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the top, then garnish with more green onions and blue cheese.
  8. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or sliced veggies.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie, canned, or freshly cooked chicken.
  • To bake chicken: brush with oil, season, and bake at 450°F for 15–20 minutes until 165°F internal temperature is reached.
  • For a toasted top, broil with extra cheese after baking.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days before baking.
