  • Method: No-Bake/Freeze
  • Cuisine: American
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek-style plain yogurt (whole-milk preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, banana)
  • Sprinkles for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla to a bowl and stir well to combine
  2. Divide mixture among silicone freezer containers or ice cube trays
  3. Top each bite with a few pieces of diced fruit and sprinkles if desired
  4. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until solid
  5. Remove from molds and serve immediately, or let sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly

Notes

  • Greek yogurt creates the creamiest texture – whole milk yogurt works best
  • Let bites soften at room temperature for 2-3 minutes for easier eating
  • Can replace ½ cup yogurt with canned coconut milk for extra creaminess
  • Store in sealed freezer bags for up to 3 months
  • Dice fruit small to avoid large frozen chunks
  • Dairy-free: Use Greek-style non-dairy yogurt or full-fat coconut milk
