Ingredients

  • 300g Digestive biscuits
  • 150g Butter
  • 400g Full-fat cream cheese
  • 200ml Double cream
  • 110g Icing sugar
  • 200g Terry’s Chocolate Orange (plus extra for decorating)
  • Optional: Grated orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits using a rolling pin or food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave and combine with biscuit crumbs.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined 8-inch springform tin and chill in the fridge.
  4. Break Terry’s Chocolate Orange into small pieces and melt it in the microwave, then let it cool slightly.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese, double cream, and icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Add the melted chocolate and whisk again until fully combined.
  7. Pour the filling over the chilled base and smooth the top.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
  9. Decorate with chocolate orange segments and grated orange zest just before serving.
