Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft and translucent.
  2. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add green peas and vegetable broth, then bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Cook for 5–7 minutes, just until the peas are tender.
  5. Remove from heat, add fresh herbs, and blend until smooth.

Notes
