Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan.
  3. Heat over low heat while stirring constantly.
  4. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into three separate bowls.
  6. Add red gel food coloring to the first bowl and stir until evenly colored.
  7. Spread the red mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  8. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  9. Leave the second bowl plain white.
  10. Spread the white layer evenly over the red layer.
  11. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
  12. Add blue gel food coloring to the final bowl.
  13. Mix until the color is uniform.
  14. Spread the blue layer evenly over the white layer.
  15. Decorate with patriotic sprinkles if desired.
  16. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
  17. Lift from the pan using the parchment paper.
  18. Cut into squares and serve.
