Instructions

  1. Grease or line a mini loaf pan that fits inside your air fryer.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the egg, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk until fully combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
