Ingredients
Scale
1 roll pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 beaten egg (for sealing edges)
Optional: diced vegetables, Italian seasoning, or garlic powder
Instructions
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3×4-inch rectangles.
Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce on each piece, then add cheese and pepperoni.
Fold the dough over the filling to form a roll and press the edges with a fork to seal.
Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Place rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove when golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter dipping sauce.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches for even crispiness.
Use a light oil spray to help achieve a golden crust.
To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freeze cooked or uncooked pizza rolls for up to 3 months.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes to restore crispiness.
