  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Toss the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until pink and opaque.
  7. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the shrimp.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
  9. Serve immediately with rice, pasta, vegetables, or salad.
