Ingredients

  • 1 pound white chocolate baking bars (Ghirardelli recommended)
  • 7 Red Holiday Oreos, broken into pieces
  • 7 Cool Mint Oreos, broken into pieces
  • 1½ cups stick pretzels, roughly broken
  • ½ cup peppermint baking chips (Andes recommended)
  • ½ cup mint M&Ms, divided
  • ½ cup peanut M&Ms, divided
  • 2 tablespoons red and green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with wax paper or parchment sprayed with nonstick spray.
  2. Spread broken cookies, pretzels, peppermint chips, and ¾ of the M&Ms evenly across the tray.
  3. Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power for 1½ minutes, stir, then microwave for another minute until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the cookie and candy mixture. Spread gently to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle remaining M&Ms and sprinkles over the wet chocolate before it sets.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour or until the bark is fully hardened.
  7. Once set, break into small pieces by hand or with a butter knife.

Notes

  • Wax paper is preferred for easy removal, but parchment with spray works in a pinch.
  • Use any combination of Oreos, M&Ms, or baking chips you prefer.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 3 weeks.
  • To freeze, layer pieces between wax paper in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
  • Melt chocolate carefully to avoid burning. Stir between intervals.
