Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces lavender syrup (alcohol-free)
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 2 ounces sparkling water or white grape juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Granulated sugar (for rimming the glass)
  • Lemon wedge (for rimming)
  • Lemon twist or culinary lavender sprig (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into granulated sugar to coat evenly.
  2. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine fresh lemon juice, lavender syrup, and optional simple syrup.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake for 10–15 seconds to chill.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water or white grape juice and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or culinary lavender sprig and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use culinary-grade lavender only for the syrup to avoid bitterness.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
  • Fresh lemon juice provides the best flavor compared to bottled juice.
  • Lavender syrup can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain carbonation.
