Instructions

  1. Cook the lobster tails by steaming or boiling until the meat becomes opaque.
  2. Remove the lobster meat from the shells and cut it into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and fragrant.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  6. Add tomato paste and cook for another minute to deepen the flavor.
