Ingredients

  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salted peanuts
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) unsalted peanuts
  • 1 bag (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bar (8 ounces) German chocolate baking bar
  • 1/3 cup (79 g) peanut butter chips
  • 2 packages (24 ounces each) white almond bark
  • Sprinkles, for garnish (optional)
  • Sea salt, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a 6-quart slow cooker, layer the salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, chocolate chips, German chocolate, peanut butter chips, and almond bark.
  2. Cover with the lid and set the slow cooker to low heat.
  3. Let melt for 1–2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  4. After fully melted, stir well to combine all ingredients into a smooth mixture.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to dollop heaping tablespoons onto the sheet.
  7. Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  8. Store in airtight containers using parchment paper between layers.

Notes

  • Use a 6-quart slow cooker for best results.
  • Don’t turn the heat to high—keep it on low to avoid burning chocolate.
  • Almond bark can be substituted with white chocolate chips or candy melts.
  • Customize with pretzels, dried fruits, or different nuts.
  • For gifting, use mason jars, treat bags, or tins with parchment lining.
