  • 14 oz chicken kielbasa, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans. Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chicken kielbasa into even rounds.
  2. Place the potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot so they cook evenly.
  3. Add the green beans on top of the potatoes, followed by the sliced chicken kielbasa.
  4. Sprinkle the diced onion and minced garlic over the ingredients.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the chicken broth evenly over the ingredients.
  7. Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  8. Check that the potatoes are tender and the green beans are cooked through.
  9. Stir gently before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
