Ingredients

  • 24 tbsp warm water

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables by slicing and shredding.
  2. Drain, rinse, and dry chickpeas thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Add warm water gradually until smooth.
  5. Combine chickpeas and vegetables in a large bowl.
  6. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
