Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 1/41 1/2 cups hot fudge sauce
  • 11 1/2 cups salted peanuts
  • 22 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 23 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 cup crushed cookies (optional)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Spread half of the ice cream and freeze.
  3. Add fudge and peanuts, then freeze again.
  4. Add remaining ice cream and freeze until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
  6. Remove and cut into bars.
  7. Coat each bar with melted chocolate.
  8. Freeze until chocolate is set.
  9. Serve frozen.
