  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and finely chop the strawberries.
  2. Add rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt to a jar or bowl.
  3. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, stir and adjust consistency with additional milk if needed.
  7. Serve cold or gently warmed, as desired.
