Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz whole milk
  • 1.25 oz packet hot cocoa mix
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, Baileys Irish Cream, and Fireball whiskey into a large coffee mug. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe measuring cup, heat the milk on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until hot.
  3. Add the hot cocoa mix to the hot milk and stir until completely dissolved and smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the hot cocoa mixture into the mug with ice cream and alcohol.
  5. Top with whipped cream, a maraschino cherry for the nose, and rosemary sprigs for antlers.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy while hot.

Notes

  • Use full-fat dairy or rich plant-based milk for creaminess.
  • Don’t skip the ice cream—it creates a silky texture.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit Baileys and Fireball, and use cinnamon sticks as antlers.
  • Top with marshmallows, crushed peppermint, or chocolate drizzle for extra flair.
  • Serve in large mugs to allow space for garnish and whipped topping.
