Ingredients

  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons red sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons blue sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons white sanding sugar
  • 1/4 cup red candy melts
  • 1/4 cup blue candy melts
  • Star-shaped patriotic sprinkles (optional)
  • Edible glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place Oreo cookies into a food processor and process into fine crumbs.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and blend until completely combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts until smooth.
  6. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Place coated balls back onto the lined tray.
  8. Immediately decorate with patriotic sprinkles and sanding sugar.
  9. Melt red and blue candy melts separately.
  10. Drizzle colored candy melts over each Oreo ball.
  11. Refrigerate until coating is fully set.
  12. Serve chilled or slightly softened.
