Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin mix
  • 2 cups crushed golden sandwich cookies
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush cookies and mix with butter and strawberry gelatin.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar.
  3. Whip cream and fold into mixture.
  4. Divide filling and add strawberry flavor if desired.
  5. Prepare cones and optionally coat with chocolate.
