  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (for sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat fish dry and place on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  5. In a bowl, mix yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
  6. Warm the tortillas until soft.
  7. Break the cooked fish into chunks.
  8. Assemble tacos by adding fish, cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro onto tortillas.
  9. Drizzle sauce over the top and serve immediately.
