1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
2 large onions, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
Instructions
