3/4 cup milk or heavy cream
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp sugar (for strawberries)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Add milk or cream and mix until dough forms.
Shape into large biscuits and place on baking sheet.
