Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ⅔ cups white chocolate chips (16 oz) or 24 oz if using pure white chocolate with cocoa butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • A few drops green food coloring (gel paste recommended)
  • 25 red heart sprinkles (1 per square)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds at 70% power. Stir until smooth. Microwave in additional 15-second intervals if needed.
  4. Add green food coloring and stir to desired shade.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth out evenly.
  6. Top with red heart sprinkles arranged in a 5×5 grid.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours, or overnight for firmer texture.
  8. Once set, cut into 25 squares. Serve or store as needed.

Notes

  • Use gel paste food coloring to avoid seizing the chocolate.
  • If using pure white chocolate, increase to 24 oz for a firm set.
  • Carnation or Eagle Brand condensed milk yields better texture.
  • Do not add heart sprinkles before freezing. Attach after thawing with corn syrup.
  • Store at room temp (5–7 days), fridge (2–3 weeks), or freezer (up to 6 months).
