  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, drain excess fat.
  3. Layer thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish, slightly overlapping them.
