  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 24 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1/31/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 12 teaspoons grated ginger (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare chicken and chop vegetables.
  3. Mix soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Arrange chicken, pineapple, and vegetables on a sheet pan.
  5. Pour sauce over and toss to coat.
