4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
2 large ripe avocados, sliced
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.
Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
Let chicken rest for 3–5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Prepare toppings by chopping vegetables and slicing avocado.
Assemble bowls with rice as the base, then add chicken, avocado, and toppings.
Garnish with cilantro and extra lime juice.
