2 salmon fillets
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cucumber (sliced)
1 avocado (sliced)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp green onions
3 tbsp honey
1–2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
Whisk honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
Place salmon on sheet and brush with sauce.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare rice and vegetables.
Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, and veggies.
Drizzle extra sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
