Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
  • 3 tbsp Sugar (or preferred sweetener)
  • 150 ml Milk (dairy or plant-based)

Instructions

  1. Boil 150 ml of milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Lower the flame and add 2 tbsp grated dark chocolate. Whisk until fully melted and smooth.
  3. In a coffee mug, combine 2 tbsp instant coffee powder and 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste).
  4. Slowly pour the hot chocolate-milk mixture into the mug while stirring continuously.
  5. Whisk or froth until the mixture is well combined and frothy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
