Instructions

  1. Trim the silver skin from the pork tenderloin and pat dry.
  2. Rub pork with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Let the pork marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best flavor.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork on all sides (2–3 minutes per side).
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15–20 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes.
