Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 packet Kool-Aid powder (any flavor)

½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 170°F (75°C).

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine applesauce, Kool-Aid powder, and sugar. Stir until well blended.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, about ⅛ inch thick.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 4-6 hours. The roll-up is ready when it’s no longer sticky to the touch.

Cool and Cut: Allow to cool completely. Peel off the parchment paper and cut into strips.

Roll and Store: Roll each strip and store in an airtight container.

Expert Tips:

Ensure the mixture is spread evenly to promote uniform drying.

Check periodically to prevent over-drying, which can make the roll-ups brittle.

Using a silicone baking mat can make peeling easier.
