Instructions

  1. Prepare shrimp and trim asparagus.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.
  3. Sauté asparagus for 4–6 minutes, then remove.
  4. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Add garlic and seasonings, cook briefly.
  6. Add lemon juice and zest, stir well.
  7. Return asparagus and toss together.
  8. Garnish and serve immediately.
