  • 16 ounces white almond bark or white candy melts
  • 1 cup red candy melts
  • Green sanding sugar (sprinkles)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and Christmas Tree Cakes until fully combined into a smooth dough.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion and roll the dough into 1-inch to 1.5-inch balls.
  4. Place balls on the prepared sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Melt white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted coating, tap off excess, and return to the tray.
  7. Immediately sprinkle with green sanding sugar before the coating sets.
  8. Melt red candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles using a piping bag or snipped plastic bag.
  9. Allow the cake balls to set fully in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes before serving or storing.
