  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the lobster tails on a cutting board and use kitchen scissors to cut through the top shell lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat above the shell while keeping it attached at the base to butterfly the tail.
  4. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  5. Season the lobster meat with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add the minced garlic.
  7. Cook the garlic for about one minute until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  8. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Bake the lobster tails in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the meat turns opaque and tender.
  10. Remove from the oven and brush with additional garlic butter.
  11. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with extra parsley.
