  • 1820 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the hot water, matcha powder, and honey or sugar until smooth. Cool completely.
  2. Beat the mascarpone until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled matcha mixture.
  5. Layer soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone filling into dessert cups.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Dust with sifted matcha powder and garnish before serving.
