1 cup red cabbage, shredded (optional)
1 cup carrots, shredded

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and chopped cilantro.
In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
Toss everything together until evenly coated.
