Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (18–20 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup M&M candies (plus extra for topping)
  • Optional: 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in M&M candies and any optional mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, portion dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Press extra M&Ms on top for decoration.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are set but centers are slightly soft.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Chill dough for 15–20 minutes if it feels too soft to prevent spreading.
  • Use a fudgy brownie mix for the best chewy texture.
  • Rotate baking sheets halfway through baking for even results.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
