1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup M&M’s
1/2 cup Nutella (for filling)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix gently.
Fold in M&M’s evenly.
Scoop dough into muffin tin and lightly press down.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
Immediately press the center of each cookie to form a cup shape.
Fill each cup with Nutella while still warm.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep centers soft and chewy.
Press centers immediately after baking for best shape.
Add Nutella while cookies are warm for a gooey texture.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat briefly in the microwave for a melted center.
