Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup Nutella (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix gently.
  6. Fold in M&M’s evenly.
  7. Scoop dough into muffin tin and lightly press down.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Immediately press the center of each cookie to form a cup shape.
  10. Fill each cup with Nutella while still warm.
  11. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
