Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or Oreos
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 6 full-size Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers or Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and continue mixing until creamy.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until the filling becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in the chopped Snickers bars, reserving a handful for topping.
  5. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Snickers pieces over the top and drizzle with caramel and chocolate ganache.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  8. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • You can substitute almond or cookie butter for peanut butter.
  • For a saltier balance, use crushed pretzels instead of graham crackers for the crust.
  • This pie freezes well for up to one month; thaw overnight before serving.
  • To make it less sweet, use semi-sweet chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
