Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Slice the strawberries and prepare the remaining fruit.
  3. Add strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, green grapes, blueberries, and purple grapes to a large clear pitcher.
  4. Pour the white grape juice into the pitcher.
  5. Add the pineapple juice and orange juice.
  6. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the fruit flavors to infuse.
  8. Just before serving, add the sparkling water and lemon-lime soda.
  9. Stir gently to preserve carbonation.
  10. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  11. Pour the sangria over the ice, ensuring each glass gets some fruit.
  12. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
