Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
Fold in chopped Oreo cookies evenly throughout the batter.
Divide the batter into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Add extra Oreo pieces on top if desired.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
