Ingredients
Scale
1 (16-ounce) can large refrigerated biscuits (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)
1/2 cup prepared peach pie filling
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Open the biscuit can and separate each biscuit. Flatten each one to about 1/4” thickness using your palm or a rolling pin.
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of peach pie filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Chop large peach slices into smaller chunks if needed.
Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch the seams well to form a sealed ball.
Place the sealed biscuit bombs into the air fryer basket, leaving at least 1/2” space between them.
Air fry at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
While cooking, melt the butter and mix sugar with cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Once done, immediately brush the tops with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Let cool slightly before serving—centers will be hot.
Notes
Use parchment or nonstick spray in the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
Smaller biscuits can be used for mini bombs; reduce cooking time by 2–3 minutes.
Filling can be homemade using fresh or canned peaches with sugar and spices.
Optional toppings include glaze, icing, or powdered sugar.
Freeze assembled uncooked bombs and bake directly from frozen with extra cooking time.
