4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, garlic, Parmesan, and seasoning until smooth.
Spread marinara sauce over chicken evenly.
Add ricotta mixture on top and spread gently.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dish.
Bake for 30–40 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
