Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 pre-cooked sausage patties
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 4 slices American cheese (quartered)
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a skillet and cook over medium heat, scrambling until just set. Set aside.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
  5. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Layer the sausage patties evenly over the rolls, cutting to fit if necessary.
  7. Top with the quartered cheese slices and then add the scrambled eggs evenly across.
  8. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Ensure even layering of sausage, eggs, and cheese for consistent flavor in every bite.
  • Use a sharp serrated knife to cleanly slice the rolls in half.
  • Don’t overbake—remove when golden brown for soft, fluffy texture.
  • To reheat, wrap sliders in foil and warm in a 350°F oven for 10–15 minutes.
  • For crispy tops, reheat in an air fryer for 5–7 minutes.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
