Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries evenly.
  2. Slice mozzarella into even pieces or use small mozzarella balls.
  3. Wash and pat dry fresh basil leaves.
  4. Arrange strawberries and mozzarella on a serving platter in alternating layers.
  5. Add basil leaves evenly throughout the salad.
  6. Drizzle olive oil lightly over the top.
  7. Add balsamic glaze in a thin drizzle.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
