4 large flour tortillas
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chipotle sauce
Optional: jalapeños, black beans, pico de gallo, cilantro
Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer until thickened.
Prepare rice according to instructions if not already cooked.
Lay tortillas flat and add rice, beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, and chipotle sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheese inside and wrap tightly into burritos.
Place shredded cheese on a skillet and set burrito seam-side down on top.
Cook on medium heat until cheese forms a crispy crust.
Flip lightly if desired, then remove and serve warm.
