8 small flour tortillas
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup tomato sauce or salsa
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup corn (optional)
1/2 cup black beans (optional)
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess liquid, then add taco seasoning and a little water.
Stir in tomato sauce or salsa and simmer for a few minutes.
Add optional ingredients like corn, beans, and bell peppers if desired.
Grease a baking dish and spread a thin layer of meat mixture on the bottom.
Place a layer of tortillas over the meat.
Add more meat mixture, then spread sour cream and sprinkle cheese.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
